Here are some steps you can take to help make the most of your consultation:
We offer standard bookkeeping and accounting, but our primary offer is Virtual CFO services. We encourage you to take a look at what each package type includes so you can discuss specific services and projects during your call.
If possible, begin collecting your recent financial statements, tax returns, payroll records, and any other financial information that may be helpful in determining your next best steps. You may want to review these records yourself prior to our call so any pressing issues and questions are top-of-mind.
Although this is not required before your consultation, it is incredibly helpful in getting specific recommendations. If you decide you’d like a proposal to partner with our firm, we must have this access in order to generate a custom list of services and projects. Granting us this access is not a commitment to working together, but provides us valuable context in understanding the position and scope of your books.

Rhiannon graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is proficient in a number of supporting software, including Bill.com.
In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her family, going to local events, and traveling. She looks forward bringing her experience to Anne Napolitano Consulting and supporting our clients.

Eileen is an experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional who is excited to bring her knowledge to the Anne Napolitano Accounting team. Eileen graduated as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College and went on to earn her MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.
She spent much of her career as a Senior Accountant for DLJ before taking time off to raise her family. During this period, she remained active in her community, volunteering in local schools and sports programs.
Eileen looks forward to bringing her expertise to the ANC team and clients. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exercising, reading, or cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Steffy De La Cruz has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Corporate Financial Management Certificate from Tecnologico de Monterrey, one of the most prestigious colleges in Mexico.
Steffy began her professional career as a Staff Accountant for a Mexican company and worked her way up to become the head of their Finance and Internal Accounting Department. She’s excited to expand her experience and take her career path to the next level by providing bookkeeping services to companies in the United States.
Steffy looks forward to bringing her positive attitude and bookkeeping experience to the ANC team. She spends her free time practicing yoga and enjoying the company of family and friends.

After graduating from Florida International University with her degree in International Business & Marketing, Kiki’s ambitiousness and dedication to learn propelled her into a pivotal financial analyst role. Kiki is passionate about bringing her unique perspective and skillset to our clients, and has become a key player in ensuring our clients’ books are handled with precision and care.

Nancy graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a BS degree in Economics. The first 23 years of her career were spent as an IT professional in both the banking and insurance industries. When her corporate job moved out of state, she decided to re-invent herself by doing some free-lance IT work for small businesses by using Microsoft Excel to build some customized reports, applications, and databases.
Last year she started working as a part-time bookkeeper at a small manufacturing company and used her technical skills to automate some everyday bookkeeping tasks that had previously been done manually to save time and improve accuracy. She looks forward to using this combination of skills to contribute here at Anne Napolitano Consulting!
