Anne Napolitano

Anne Napolitano is a highly experienced and skilled accounting professional who specializes in financial and small business consulting. Her mission is to deliver excellent accounting services to businesses.

Anne graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has worked with businesses of different sizes in various industries providing accounting, financial, operations and computer services. She is a certified advisor for QuickBooks and Xero accounting software.

Anne Napolitano Consulting Inc is uniquely equipped to handle all of your accounting & bookkeeping needs and provide advice to ease the pain of your business finances.

Meet our Team

Laurie Evans

Laurie Evans is an experienced Senior level Accounting and Financial Operations professional with over 35 years of experience in Finances, Accounting and Business Administration. Laurie’s experience as the CFO for eleven years of the Arbors of Hop Brook, CCRC and Manchester and Vernon Manor Skilled Nursing Facilities as well as her seven years as CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations of the Non Profit, Capital for Change (formerly known as the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Inc.) provides a strong and experienced financial background. Laurie was also formerly the Controller for Community Health Services, a FQHC in Hartford, CT.

In addition, Laurie serves on the Board of Directors of the NorthEast Kingdom Snowblasters and was the former Treasurer of the Marlborough Education and Child Care Association Board and the former Secretary of the Connecticut Housing Investment Fund, Inc. Board. Laurie studied Accounting and Finances at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Nancy Redelman

Nancy graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a BS degree in Economics.  The first 23 years of her career were spent as an IT professional in both the banking and insurance industries.  When her corporate job moved out of state, she decided to re-invent herself by doing some free-lance IT work for small businesses by using Microsoft Excel to build some customized reports, applications, and databases.

Last year she started working as a part-time bookkeeper at a small manufacturing company and used her technical skills to automate some everyday bookkeeping tasks that had previously been done manually to save time and improve accuracy.  She looks forward to using this combination of skills to contribute here at Anne Napolitano Consulting!

Rhiannon Ramos

Rhiannon Ramos is an experienced Senior level accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in public accounting and bookkeeping. Over the course of her career, she has provided financial services to a variety of industries.

Rhiannon graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is proficient in a number of supporting software, including

In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her family, going to local events, and traveling. She looks forward bringing her experience to Anne Napolitano Consulting and supporting our clients.

Eileen Rankel

Eileen is an experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional who is excited to bring her knowledge to the Anne Napolitano Accounting team. Eileen graduated as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College and went on to earn her MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.

She spent much of her career as a Senior Accountant for DLJ before taking time off to raise her family. During this period, she remained active in her community, volunteering in local schools and sports programs.

Eileen looks forward to bringing her expertise to the ANC team and clients. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exercising, reading, or cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

Victoria Newborn

Victoria is a systems and workflow strategist for business owners and is the Director of Operations at Anne Napolitano Consulting.

Since graduating as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida she has supported dozens of small local and web-based businesses in documenting, streamlining, and automating their processes. Victoria also creates assets and educational products and has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs learn to improve their own business processes.

When she’s not working on the ANC backend or tinkering with tech, you can find her writing, reading, or crafting.

Olivia Willson

Olivia is a marketing and content strategist for business owners and is the Director of Marketing and Administration Specialist at Anne Napolitano Consulting.

Olivia graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business Administration. She specializes in creating and implementing marketing and content strategies for small and online businesses. With the online business landscape continuously changing and developing, Olivia loves to continue learning about new marketing strategies and best practices.

When she’s not knee-deep in all things marketing for ANC, you can find her enjoying time outdoors or doing something fun with her family.
