How does your onboarding process work?

Our onboarding is designed to be seamless and efficient. We start with an initial consultation to understand your specific needs and goals; from there, we design a custom service solution and proposal. Once agreed upon, we have a structured process involving introductions to your dedicated team, securely gathering necessary documents and system access, setting up integrations with our tech stack, and establishing clear communication protocols to ensure a smooth transition.

What software do you use?

In terms of accounting software, most of our clients use QuickBooks or Xero. We also utilize tools like Bill.com, Gusto and Paychex, HubDoc, and more.

But we pride ourselves on being a truly tech-forward firm. Working with us, you’ll have access to industry-specific analytics software, AI tools, and secure project management and communication portals. The specific software we use with you will depend on your needs, industry, and goals.

How often will we meet?

Meeting frequency depends on your service level and specific needs. Clients in our Accounting Services tier typically have scheduled monthly meetings, while clients in our Controller or FP&A tiers may meet more frequently. Regardless of which services we’re providing, you’ll have a dedicated team accessible for questions and support via email, your secure client portal, and text message. You can expect a response from your team within 48 hours outside of weekends and holidays.

Every client receives a custom proposal, so our fees and scope-of-work vary. We operate on a monthly fee tailored to your unique package. All clients receive a dedicated team, access to the appropriate tech stack, and the recurring services outlined in your proposal.
